Service Description

This is our first session meeting where I get a comprehensive history and the primary reason for which you are seeking therapy. Through many questions, we will explore the precipitating events, primary stressors, primary symptoms, past trauma events and history of your concerns. We will also explore past coping strategies and strengths that you have to manage your life. This also involves working toward mutually determined goals.
